With the FSA Integrated Shear-Force Sensor (ISS) you can visualize the effect of otherwise invisible pinch and parallel shear forces. As such it can be used for assessment and adjustment of an individuals seating, back support, and bed interface to minimise the risk of pressure ulcers, thereby mitigating the future cost of their treatment.
